Taylor is a behavioral health therapist at Catholic Charities with an advanced practice social work license. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from Marian University and her Master of Social Work degree with a mental health focus at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Taylor provides accessible, client centered, culturally competent, and high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families between the ages of 7-60+. She has experience providing therapy to individuals with various mental health concerns including general life stressors, family and social challenges, crisis intervention, mood disorders, trauma, conduct disorders, disordered eating, and psychotic disorders.

Taylor uses a cognitive behavioral therapy and interdisciplinary person in environment approach along with other treatment modalities to accommodate the needs of each individual. Mindfulness, meditation, and grounding techniques are a few interventions frequently used in session as a means of coping with life stressors and managing symptoms of mental health diagnoses. She is excited to begin working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents at Fondy High School!
