Cassandra Heideman, MA, LPC-IT, SAC – Church Health Services, Inc.

Cassandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor- In Training and a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. She obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Lakeland University. Prior to starting her counseling career, she worked with adult clients working through addiction as well as she was a case manager for children and youth at a residential treatment center, group home, and through the CCS program. 

Cassandra has experience working with adults, children, youth, and teenagers who are faced with challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, conduct challenges, suicidal ideations and self-harm behavior, addictions, and co-occurring challenges.

Cassandra uses solution-focused, strengths based, person-centered approaches as well as a trauma-informed lens while working with clients. Her main theoretical approaches used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy to help clients move from where they are to the place they want to be.

Eric Pantojas, LPC-IT – SSM Health

Eric Pantojas, LPC-IT, is a child and adult psychotherapist for Agnesian Healthcare’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. He enjoys helping clients find their own voice and strength through their experiences in the world. He loves working with children, adolescents, and adults. His therapeutic approach is based on the journey that psychotherapy/counseling can take people. There is much to be learned when giving people the space to process. His areas of focus are depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, as well as helping people to achieve overall wellness through holistic approaches. He believes that people are capable of so much more than they give themselves credit for and enjoys being able to walk with them through that exploration. All people deserve to lead happy, healthy, productive, and meaningful lives. Pantojas loves utilizing the relationships that are built with clients to help them find strength and courage to be able to go through life with a new outlook about the endless possibilities.
